Dental Staff

A proud Pikeville, Kentucky native, Dr. Moak has always felt a deep connection with the people and communities of Eastern Kentucky. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of the Cumberlands in 2011, followed by her Doctor of Dental Medicine from the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry in 2015.

As a recipient of the National Health Service Corps Scholarship, Dr. Moak began her dental career by serving underserved patients at a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Fort Myers, Florida. After fulfilling her service commitment, she returned home to the mountains she loves.

For the past six years, Dr. Moak has provided compassionate care as both a practicing dentist and Dental Director at Williamson Health and Wellness Center in Williamson, West Virginia. Now, she’s thrilled to bring that same level of dedication and experience to her own practice—right here in her hometown.

Outside of the office, Dr. Moak enjoys spending time with her husband, their two daughters, and their Cockapoo, Sophie and cat, Winter. She is active in her church community, loves to travel, and finds joy in playing the piano.

Dr. Moak is honored to continue serving the people of Pikeville and the surrounding area, offering quality dental care with a personal touch—because there’s no place like home.

Halie Price is a licensed dental hygienist who graduated from the Dental Hygiene program at Big Sandy Community and Technical College in May 2025. Prior to that, she completed the Dental Assisting program in 2022 and spent three years gaining hands-on experience as a dental assistant. She is also certified in Community Dental Health.

Halie is passionate about helping patients achieve optimal oral health through gentle and thorough care. She is committed to providing a comfortable and informative experience for every patient, always aiming to make visits to the dental office a positive experience.

Outside of work, Halie enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling, and making memories with her husband and their two dogs, Tucker and Taz.
